Bears Visiting My Campsite at BRM SP

Well if I couldn't get the video to load up on this page, but the link below will take you to the You Tube video of a mama bear and her two cubs raiding the peach tree behind my RV site. It was the funniest thing, with a note of seriousness.

Here's the link to my You Tube page with the video titled: Bears at BRM S.P.

It was mid-day and I came out of the motorhome and looked to my right, toward the campfire ring, and the woods. And there in the yard area just between the woods and the back of the site was a black bear. And 2 cubs. They looked at me and made a dash for the treeline. Stopping just before the woods, Mama bear turned and looked right at me, and from 25 yards, I held up my hand waving and said, "It's okay, it's okay, I'm going back inside." And back inside the motorhome I went. From the rear window I could see them all returning to the yard area. They played and lounged near the big pine I'd sawed up the day before for a few minutes. I pulled out the phone and started taking still shots. But when Mama started walking toward the peach tree, I figured I should be shooting video. You can see as she approaches the tree, she is staying out of sight, staying low behind the edge of the RV pad. Then peaks over the rise, ducks back down, then stands up seeming to look inside the back window.  Was she thinking to herself: "Hmm, is that guy still watching us? I know those peaches are ripe, If I don't see him moving around in there, I'm going up the tree." And sure enough, once the coast is clear, off she goes up the tree. Watch the video...
