I found a campground in NW Arkansas with hiking, fishing and cool weather. I slept outside of th tent next to the fire. The temperature dropped into the low forties. My Florida blood was feeling the chill until I threw on the extra blanket. There are wonderful mountain trails for hiking alone. And then there is plenty to do and see in town. There are hundreds of little shops in the old village town of Eureka Springs. I've vowed to return in the fall, before the colder weather hits again. What a great hideaway!
