B: Shredded wheat, banana and low fat milk.
Riding home last night from a gathering with friends in Lakeland, I justified stopping for real cheese at the grocer by telling myself how much more healthy a choice it would be than going to a burger joint. Is my resolve wavering? I don't relish the difficult digestion of a big blob of fatty cheese, but the sandwiches were very good. Of note though, the fatty food didn't taste the same as I anticipated. There's a change at work within me. I'm not craving sweets, and possibly not responding the same way to fats in food. Is that healthy?
I was somewhat buoyed by the Syrian response to Russia's proposal that their chemical weapons be eliminated. No war!
