WikiHow - Sugar Withdrawal

Well here's a  new project: My Food Journal.

Prompted by my new MD, I've read a little about changing my diet to include sugar withdrawal. In this WikiHow link, http://m.wikihow.com/Get-Through-Sugar-Withdrawal, a suggestion is to keep a food journal in a blog. Whether or not a blog entry 2 or 3 times a day is valuable material for my few interested readers remains to be known, but let's have a go. Maybe I'll find some color to add to the colorful new diet.

B: vanilla granola with fresh banana and low-fat milk. Granola tasted pretty sweet. (Warning!)

L: 9 grain Publix bread with Smart Balance, hearts of romaine, 'Italian mix' lettuce, fresh tomato, yellow squash, cucumber, onion, cup of warm refried beans, live alfalfa sprouts. Guilt-free gorge!
