Walmarts two days running

Just to get current, tonight will be the second consecutive night in a Walmart parking lot. Woodward, OK. last night, and Guymon, OK tonight. It seemed a long haul through the prarieland of western Oklahoma. High winds dominated. Windy, ironically, didn't appreciate the winds and the dust that the trucks kicked up at our break in Bryan's Corner. But he feasted on his canned duck and went back to his travel bunker. It's no wonder that he's up most of the night, asking to go wander the parking lots. He just sleeps all day while we are on the road. Though showing signs of the stress of being on the road, both he and I are both acclimating to travel. We won't be doing a string of travel days often, but it's indeed time to get over the mountains before the snow flies.  New Mexico, here we come.
